We were thrilled to be part of Tyla & Bryce's joyful spring wedding, held at two of Hamilton Island’s most iconic venues—the Chapel Gardens and the Beach Pavilion. From the very beginning, their vision was clear: a relaxed, fun atmosphere with thoughtful styling and effortless flow—and we were so excited to bring that to life.

Throughout the planning journey, our focus is being approachable, attentive, and collaborative. The couple shared how helpful they found “over-the-phone consults, mood board creations and regular communication,” and described our team as “friendly with an eye for detail.” That level of trust and connection made the creative process both smooth and enjoyable on both sides.

When asked what stood out most unexpectedly about working with us, their response was simple: “AVPartners provided everything, nothing was a hassle.” For us, that’s the highest compliment—creating a seamless, stress-free experience while delivering a polished result.

Their chosen venues were a perfect match for their day. “We chose the Beach Pavilion and Chapel Gardens because of the location and outside seating areas,” they said. These spaces offered flexibility, gorgeous views, and a relaxed island vibe that suited their style beautifully.

Describing their overall wedding aesthetic, they envisioned “relaxed, fun, spring”—and every detail supported that tone. Some of the elements they were especially glad they chose? “SO GLAD with everything! The outdoor furniture, fairy lights and festoon lights.” These touches brought warmth, glow, and a festive energy to the evening.

And when reflecting on the day itself, their kind words meant the world: “Such a simple, easy experience. Service of the highest quality and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Made my day so relaxing.”
